I love church recipe books and got this from my friends church's cookbook. I can' remember the name of the church, but the recipe is awesome. =)

Ingredients
- 1 pound pork chops deboned and cubed
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, dried
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 16 ounces tomato sauce
- 2 cups carrots chopped
- 1 - bell pepper chopped
- 1/2 pound fresh sliced mushrooms
How To Make pork chop stew

Step 1Brown cubed pork chop and drain.

Step 2Add pork to water, tomato sauce, onions and seasonings. Simmer for one hour.

Step 3Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook until vegetables are done. About 30 minutes.
