I love church recipe books and got this from my friends church's cookbook. I can' remember the name of the church, but the recipe is awesome. =)

pork chops deboned and cubed
1 c
chopped onion
1 tsp
1 tsp
rosemary, dried
1/4 tsp
black pepper
1 1/2 c
16 oz
tomato sauce
2 c
carrots chopped
bell pepper chopped
1/2 lb
fresh sliced mushrooms

How to Make Pork Chop Stew


  • 1Brown cubed pork chop and drain.
  • 2Add pork to water, tomato sauce, onions and seasonings. Simmer for one hour.
  • 3Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook until vegetables are done. About 30 minutes.
