How to Make Pork Chop Skillet
- Heat lard in deep non-stick skillet and quickly brown pork chops.
- On top layer onions & potato slices. Salt & Pepper to taste. Pour two cans of creamed style corn over everything.
- Cover with a good fitting lid and cook on low till potatos are tender. Serve with hot biscuits.
