Ingredients
- 8 - pork chops
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 cup onion,chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2-2/3 cup rice,cooked
- 1 cup apples,diced
- 1 cup dried prunes,chopped
- 1-1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon poultry seasoning
How To Make pork chop & rice casserole

Step 1Salt and pepper pork chops,then brown in oil in large oven-safe skillet;drain and set aside. In same pan,saute onion in butter until soft. Add remaining ingredients except meat,mixing well. Arrange pork chops on rice mixture;cover and bake at 350 degrees about 45 mins or until done.
