  • 1/2 c
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 2-2/3 c
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
    dried prunes,chopped
  • 1-1/2 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    poultry seasoning

How to Make Pork Chop & Rice Casserole


  1. Salt and pepper pork chops,then brown in oil in large oven-safe skillet;drain and set aside. In same pan,saute onion in butter until soft. Add remaining ingredients except meat,mixing well.
    Arrange pork chops on rice mixture;cover and bake at 350 degrees about 45 mins or until done.
