pork chop ole
I love one dish recipes and this was one I found a few years ago in a magazine. I have added a few ingredients to tweak it & it was love at first bite. I am not a fan of pork chops but these turn out so moist, they are divine! Hope u enjoy it as much as I do.

Ingredients
- 6 medium pork loin chops (or what ever piece of pork u like)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 can tomato sauce (8oz)
- 3/4 cup long grain rice, uncooked
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded or taco cheese
How To Make pork chop ole

Step 1In 13x9 casserole pan, combine water, 1 tsp oil, tomato sauce, rice, green pepper, onion & taco seasoning. Stir gently to mix seasoning in.

Step 2In large Skillet, brown pork chops in oil. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.

Step 3Arrange chops over rice mix. Cover with lid or tin foil & bake at 350 for 1 hour or until rice & meat are tender. Uncover & sprinkle with cheese.
