How to Make Pork Chop Lima Casserole
1Season chops; brown in oil with onion.
2Cook frozen lima beans according to package, reserve liquid.
3Place green pepper, limas and chops in layers in an oven proof casserole dish; add hot water to pan drippings with ketchup and bring to a boil.
4Pour over layered casserole; add the bean liquid as needed while baking in the oven.
