- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 9 ounces pineapple, crushed
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 large butterfly pork chops

Step 1Brown pork chops on top of stove.. Arrange chops in baking pan. Combine the first 5 ingredients and pour over the chops.Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 325*.
