FOR ALL OF LADIES OUT THERE THIS IS GOING TO BE A YUMMY DINNER OR SUPPER FOR YOUR MAN.I GOT THIS OUT OF THE 1890'S COOKBOOK AND THOUGHT THIS WOULD REALLY GREAT A WEEKEND MEAL OR EVEN A WEEKDAY.. ENJOY !!!!!!!!!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 9 ounces pineapple, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 large butterfly pork chops

  • Step 1
    Brown pork chops on top of stove.. Arrange chops in baking pan. Combine the first 5 ingredients and pour over the chops.Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 325*.
