Ingredients

  • 6-8 - pork chops, bone in
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 small green pepper, diced
  • 4 - garlic cloves, diced
  • 1 small can...red peppers
  • 1/4 cup green olives
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 - bay leaf
  • 1 large can of fire roasted tomatoes
  • 1 cup - dry white wine
  • - salt/pepper to taste

How To Make pork chop fricasse

  • Step 1
    In a large pan, brown the pork chops ( in batches) with the olive oil....about 2 mins a side
  • Step 2
    add the rest of the ingredients, cover and simmer for about 30 mins....Yes, it's that simple...
  • Step 3
    I served with jasmine rice and plantains....flavors are outrageous...
