How to Make Pork Chop Casserole
- Pour the cans of tomatoes and sauerkraut into a roasting pan...juice and all. Lightly salt and pepper. Mix together well.
- Salt and pepper pork chops and lay them on top of the mixture of tomatoes and sauerkraut. You can add just a tad of sugar if you'd like.
- Bake at 350 about an hour or until pork chops are done.
