A friend of mine made this and I absolutely love it. Those of you who are not a fan of sauerkraut might not like it, but some people love it that do not care for sauerkraut. Try it. Fast and easy.

Ingredients For pork chop casserole

  • 4-6 md
    pork chops, center cut
  • 1 can
    sauerkraut, any kind you like
  • 1 can
    stewed tomatoes

How To Make pork chop casserole

    Pour the cans of tomatoes and sauerkraut into a roasting pan...juice and all. Lightly salt and pepper. Mix together well.

    Salt and pepper pork chops and lay them on top of the mixture of tomatoes and sauerkraut. You can add just a tad of sugar if you'd like.

    Bake at 350 about an hour or until pork chops are done.
