Ingredients
- 3/4 cup all-prpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper
- 6 - pork chops
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 - condensed cream of mushroom soup[undiluted]
- 2/3 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup sour cream,divided
- 1 [2.8] ounce can of french-fried onions[divided
How To Make pork chop casserole

Step 1Cut off any visible fat from chops.

Step 2In a shallow bowl,combine flour,salt and pepper;dredge pork chops in mixture.

Step 3Heat oil in a large skillet.Cook porkchops for 4 minutes on each side or until brown.Place in a single layer in an ungreased 13x9 inch baking dish.

Step 4Combine soup, broth,pepper,thyme and 1/2 cup of sour cream;pour over chops.Sprinkle with half of the onions.Cover and bake at 350 degrees for45-50 minutes.Stir remaining sour cream into sauce.Top chops with remaining onions.Return to oven,uncovered,for 10 minutes.
