Ingredients
- 6 medium pork chops
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small onion (sliced)
- 1/2 stick margarine
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 4 medium potatoes pealed and sliced
- 1 can water
How To Make pork chop casserole

Step 1Place sliced potatoes into an 8x13 buttered casserole dish. top potatoes with onion slices and margarine cut into 1/2 inch pieces. Meanwhile brown pork chops and place on top of potatoes and onions. mix soup and water stirring well, pour over pork chops, being careful to make sure liquid goes down into the potatoes and onions. salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2Cover casserole tightly with aluminum foil. Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for 1 hour. uncover last 10 min. or so to brown chops. If you use more potatoes and onions be sure to add an extra can of soup and water so casserole wont be too dry.
