How To Make pork chop casserole
-
Step 1Peel Potatoes if not using the red potatoes put them in bottom of a roaster. Brown pork chops in skillet just till lightly brown not cooking all the way...put on top of potatoes in roaster..In skillet mix cheese soup or cheese with mushroom soup add water or milk to thin a little and pour over top of your Pork chops & potatoes in roaster..Bake at 350 degrees for a couple of hours but I like to start them off at 350 and then take it down to 275 and just slow cook till they are nice and tender... Serve with a green vegetable I like green peas with this..
