  • 6
    pork chops
  • ·
    whatever seasoning you like to taste
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, cold
  • 1 c
    raw rice
  • ·
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can(s)
    onion soup
  • 1 pkg
    dry onion soup mix
  • 1 1/2 c
    water

How to Make Pork Chop Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown seasoned pork chops in butter.
  2. Place rice in buttered casserole, (I use 9x13). Sprinkle with worcestershire sauce.
  3. add the can and package of onion soups and the water. Mix it all well.
  4. place the pork chops on top. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a 350º oven.
