Ingredients

  • 4 - large potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 8 - boneless pork chops
  • 1 - onion, peeled and sliced into rings
  • 1 package ranch dressing
  • - squeeze bottle butter
  • - black pepper

How To Make pork chop casserole

  • Step 1
    Peel potatoes and slice them into 3/4 inch rounds.
  • Step 2
    Peel onion and slice into rings.
  • Step 3
    Spray 13x9-inch baking dish.
  • Step 4
    Place potatoes on bottom of dish. Sprinkle with black pepper.
  • Step 5
    Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with the ranch dressing. Place the chops on top of the potatoes.
  • Step 6
    Layer onion rings over chops. Liberally squeeze butter over all. Cover with foil. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for one hour.
