Ingredients
- 4 - large potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 8 - boneless pork chops
- 1 - onion, peeled and sliced into rings
- 1 package ranch dressing
- - squeeze bottle butter
- - black pepper
How To Make pork chop casserole

Step 1Peel potatoes and slice them into 3/4 inch rounds.

Step 2Peel onion and slice into rings.

Step 3Spray 13x9-inch baking dish.

Step 4Place potatoes on bottom of dish. Sprinkle with black pepper.

Step 5Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with the ranch dressing. Place the chops on top of the potatoes.

Step 6Layer onion rings over chops. Liberally squeeze butter over all. Cover with foil. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for one hour.
