How to Make Pork Chop Casserole
- Peel potatoes and slice them into 3/4 inch rounds.
- Peel onion and slice into rings.
- Spray 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Place potatoes on bottom of dish. Sprinkle with black pepper.
- Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with the ranch dressing. Place the chops on top of the potatoes.
- Layer onion rings over chops. Liberally squeeze butter over all. Cover with foil. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for one hour.
