Ingredients
- 6-8 - pork chops, center cut
- 1 - medium onion
- 6 - medium red or gold potatoes
- 2 cans campbell's creamy chicken mushroom soup
- - butter
- - salt and pepper
How To Make pork chop casserole

Step 1Tenderize the pork chops and place in large baking dish. Slice the onion, separate into rings and place on top of chops. Quarter the potatoes (with skin on) and place them on and around the pork chops.

Step 2Top the pork chops with dabs of butter and add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3In another bowl mix both cans of soup with 3/4 can of water and pour over entire dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
