This is my favorite "in a hurry meal" and using the crock pot makes it a sure thing that supper will be waiting when you get home. You can add peppers or carrots or english peas to make a complete meal. serve with biscuits or rolls.

Ingredients
- 4-6 medium pork chops
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3-4 medium potatoes sliced
- 1-2 medium onions sliced and separated into rings
- 1-2 teaspoon salt & pepper
How To Make pork chop casserole

Step 1First, in a skillet sprayed w pam, brown pork chops on each side. Lay out on paper towels to drain.

Step 2Next, in 5qt crock pot, put layer of pork chops in bottom, then layer of onion then layer of potato slices. Repeat until potatoes and onions are gone.

Step 3Next, mix soup and 1 can of water in a bowl. whisk together then pour over chops, potatoes and onions in crock pot. cook on low 8 hours or cook on high for 4 hours. Pork chops and all will be tender. Enjoy. :-)
