You can add peppers or carrots or english peas to make a complete meal. serve with biscuits or rolls.

4-6 mediumpork chops
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
3-4 mediumpotatoes sliced
1-2 mediumonions sliced and separated into rings
1-2 tspsalt & pepper
How to Make Pork Chop Casserole
- First, in a skillet sprayed w pam, brown pork chops on each side. Lay out on paper towels to drain.
- Next, in 5qt crock pot, put layer of pork chops in bottom, then layer of onion then layer of potato slices. Repeat until potatoes and onions are gone.
- Next, mix soup and 1 can of water in a bowl. whisk together then pour over chops, potatoes and onions in crock pot. cook on low 8 hours or cook on high for 4 hours. Pork chops and all will be tender. Enjoy. :-)
