Ingredients

  • pound pork chops
  • small onion chopped
  • can tomato paste
  • fluid enough water to stir in and cover chops

How To Make pork chop casserole

  • Step 1
    Brown pork chops in electric skillet with onions & little bit of oil. Make sure they are good and brown.
  • Step 2
    when brown, add 1 can tomato paste, enough water to cover, stir and mix well. Simmer until chops are done and paste is thickened.
  • Step 3
    this is great with mashed potatoes, especially when the sauce is used over the potatoes
