- pound pork chops
- small onion chopped
- can tomato paste
- fluid enough water to stir in and cover chops
How To Make pork chop casserole

Step 1Brown pork chops in electric skillet with onions & little bit of oil. Make sure they are good and brown.

Step 2when brown, add 1 can tomato paste, enough water to cover, stir and mix well. Simmer until chops are done and paste is thickened.

Step 3this is great with mashed potatoes, especially when the sauce is used over the potatoes
