pork chop casserole
This was my favorite recipe that my mother-in-law, Gilberte Croteau made. It goes great with mashed potatoes and a salad.

How To Make pork chop casserole
-
Step 1Brown chops in frying pan. Remove from pan and set aside, add onion and garlic to pan. Saute for about 5 minutes until brown. Add onions to the rest of the ingredients in a large casserole dish. Mix well, then place browned pork chops on top of bean mixture. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes or until done.

Step 2I use tenderizer on the chops and set in the refrigerator for at least a few hours before I cook them.
