My family really likes this and It's all a full meal, you have meat and vegatables. It's very tender and has a gravy in it when it's done.

prep time 20 Min
cook time 1 Hr 30 Min
method ---
yield 4 to 6

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 6 large red potatoes
  • 5or6 - porkchps
  • 1/4 - onion chopped up
  • 1to 2 teaspoons salt and pepper

How To Make pork chop casserole

  • Step 1
Quarter potatoes and put in baking dish, any size, I use long glass.Lay onions on top and salt and pepper to taste. Brown pork chops in a little oil and lay these on top of potatoes. Mix cream of celery and a can or two of water together to thin out and pour on top of pork chops.add a little more salt and pepper on pork chops. Cover with foil or a lid if you have and bake at 350 for about 1 to 1/2 hours. If your pork chops and potatoes are cut thick you need to cook a little longer. Now there are a couple things that are optional{you can put carrots in this are you can put skinless chicken breast, just a couple different ways to change. After almost done I like to take lid off to brown on top a little, But don't have to.
