Ingredients
- - pork chops, as many as you like
- - carrots peeled & cut lengthwise, as many as you like
- - potatoes peeled & cut into good size chunks
- 1 - large chopped coarsely sweet onion
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
How To Make pork chop bake

Step 1Brown chops on both sides in butter. When well browned remove to a plate.

Step 2Stir the 2 soups into the browned drippings from the chops and add 1 can water. Mix well, getting all the good browned drippings up from the bottom.

Step 3Add all the vegetables to the soup and mix well. Add salt & pepper to taste.

Step 4Put the chops on top of the veggies, cover and bake at 325 for approximately 2 hours. Check after 1 hour to see if more water is needed.
