·pork chops, as many as you like
·carrots peeled & cut lengthwise, as many as you like
·potatoes peeled & cut into good size chunks
1large chopped coarsely sweet onion
1 can(s)condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)condensed cream of chicken soup
How to Make Pork Chop Bake
- Brown chops on both sides in butter. When well browned remove to a plate.
- Stir the 2 soups into the browned drippings from the chops and add 1 can water. Mix well, getting all the good browned drippings up from the bottom.
- Add all the vegetables to the soup and mix well. Add salt & pepper to taste.
- Put the chops on top of the veggies, cover and bake at 325 for approximately 2 hours. Check after 1 hour to see if more water is needed.
