(16 oz.) peas
1 can(s)
(16 oz.) whole kernel corn
1 Tbsp
1/2 c
chopped onion
1 c
diced celery
1 tsp
1/2 c
4 c
cubed or ground pork
1 pkg
(6 oz) med. noodles
1 can(s)
crm. of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/2 c
grated american or cheddar cheese

How to Make Pork Casserole


  • 1Drain peas and corn, reserving liquid. Brown pork in shortening. Add onions. celery, salt, water and reserved liquid.
  • 2Simmer until meat is done.
  • 3Cook and drain noodles.
  • 4Add soup, pepper, thyme, peas, corn and cheese.
  • 5Combine noodle and pork mixtures. Pour into lightly greased casserole. Top with Durkees onion rings.
  • 6Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or till bubbly.
