1 pkgcream cheese,softened

1 3/4 c(16 ounces) sour cream

1 can(s)can(10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup,undiluted

1 pkg(32 ounces) frozen cubed hash potatoes,thawed

2 ccubed cooked pork loin(about 8 slices)

1 3/4 cdiced cooked boneless pork chops(about 4 chops)

1 cchopped cooked sausage patties(about 5 patties)

1 lbprocessed cheese,cubed
-
1/4 cchopped carrot
-
2 ccrushed cornflakes
-
1/2 cbutter
-
1 c(4 ounces) shredded mozzerella cheese
How to Make Pork Casserole
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl,combine cream cheese,sour cream,soup.
Stir in hash brown,cubed pork loin,diced pork chops,chopped sausage patties,processed cheese and carrot.Transfer to a greased 3-qt.baking dish. - Toss cornflake crumbs and butter;sprinkle over the top.Bake,uncovered,at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
Sprinkle with mozzerella cheese.Bake 10 minutes longer or until bubbly.
