Ingredients
- 1 package ground pork, lean
- 1 teaspoon sage, dried
- 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (more if you prefer)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 - large shallot, diced
How To Make pork burgers

Step 1In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

Step 2Form into 4 equal patties.

Step 3Spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 4Cook patties over medium-high heat, turning once halway through cooking, for about 10-15 minutes, or until heated through.
