- 1 pound pork chops, boneless
- 1 package spinach, frozen
- 1 package cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 2 cups cooked rice
How To Make pork and spinach casserloe

Step 1cube the pork and brown with olive oil or your favorite spray

Step 2thaw spinach and layer in baking dish. layer spinach, pork, cheese, spinach, pork, spinach, cheese. You could also use other types of cheeses!

Step 3bake @ 375, for 30 minutes to finish coking pork and melting cheese, the top should be slightly browned. Let stand for 5 minutes! enjoy!!
