How to Make Pork and Spinach Casserloe
- cube the pork and brown with olive oil or your favorite spray
- thaw spinach and layer in baking dish. layer spinach, pork, cheese, spinach, pork, spinach, cheese.
You could also use other types of cheeses! - bake @ 375, for 30 minutes to finish coking pork and melting cheese, the top should be slightly browned. Let stand for 5 minutes! enjoy!!
