Ingredients
- 1 pound pork, ground
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 3 ounces mushrooms, undrained
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 7 ounces macaroni, cooked
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
How To Make pork and macaroni bake

Step 1Cook pork, onion, and garlic in hot oil until onion is golden; add tomato sauce, tomato paste, mushrooms and seasonings and simmer 15 minutes.

Step 2Alternate layers of macaroni, cheese and meat in greased 2 quart casserole.

Step 3Sprinkle top with cheese and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
