Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups stuffing
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup whole kernel corn
  • 1 - small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 4 - boneless pork chops 3/4" thick
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard

How To Make pork and corn stuffing bake

  • Step 1
    Mix stuffing, soup, corn, onion and celery. Spoon into greased 9 inch pie plate. Top with pork chops.
  • Step 2
    Mix brown sugar and mustard and spoon over pork chops. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until pork chops are done.
