1Brown pork in small amount of cooking oil. Drain. Add onions, garlic, and peppers. Stir until they are browned. Add potatoes, tomatoes (with juices), cumin, chili powder, salt, and water. Simmer on low heat until potatoes are done.
2Serve with warm tortillas and sour cream.
*If you don't like a lot of spice and heat, you can use less jalapeno peppers.
*Fresh tomatoes can be replaced with a 28 oz. can of stewed tomatoes.
