Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons peanut oil
- 1 pound asparagus trimmed stalks peeled cut into 2 inch pieces
- 8 ounces ground pork
- 1 bunch scallions chopped white and dark green parts separated
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons each shaoxing wine and brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
How To Make pork and asparagus stir fry

Step 1Place the peanut oil in wok or skillet over med. high heat. Once hot add the asparagus and stir until browned a bit. Remove the asparagus to a plate.

Step 2Add the pork to the same pan and cook breaking it up. add the garlic, ginger, white and pale green parts of the scallions. Cook until pork is no longer pink.

Step 3Add the wine, brown sugar, and soy sauce then return the asparagus to the pan. Cook until heated through and the liquid reduced a bit. About 5 minutes. Stir in the sesame oil and dark green parts of the scallions. Serve
