This was given to me by my husbands cousin. She makes it with tomato soup, but my husband likes 2 jars of beef gravy poured over before baking instead of the tomato soup.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 - small onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1 - egg
- 1 can tomato soup diluted with 1 can water(or 2 jars of beef gravy depending on your preference)
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make porcupine balls

Step 1Mix beef, pork, onion, rice, bread crumbs, egg and seasoning.

Step 2Shape into golf ball sized balls. Place in baking dish. Cover with diluted soup (or beef gravy).

Step 3Bake 375 for about 1 hour.
