15 oz. crushed pineapple (including juice)
1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Season the ribs with pepper and place in a pan and cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour.
2Combine all the other ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer until slightly thickened. Remove from the heat and reserve 1/2 cup of the liquid to use as gravy.
3Remove the ribs from the oven and baste with the non-reserved liquid. Cover and bake until tender, another 30 to 60 min, basting occasionally.
4Serve over rice and drizzle with reserved liquid.
