I LOVE MAKING THIS RECIPE ALL YEAR LONG. I SERVE IT WITH RICE AND A NICE STEAMED VEGGIE.

Ingredients

  • 1 can chicken broth (14 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons flouer
  • 1/2 cup prepaired teriyaki sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic diced
  • 1 cup apricot preserves
  • 4-5 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 3-4 - green onions diced

How To Make polly's crock pot apricot pork

  • Step 1
    MIX CHICKEN BROTH, FLOUR, TERIYAKI SAUCE AND GARLIC IN A MASON JAR AND SHAKE TO MIX. POUR MIXTURE INTO YOUR CROCK POT (I SPRAY MINE WITH PAM)
  • Step 2
    ADD YOUR APRICOT PRESERVES AND MIX WELL
  • Step 3
    ADD YOUR PORK THAT HAS BEEN CUT INTO APPROX 2 IN CHUNKS AND SPRINKLE WITH ONIONS
  • Step 4
    COOK ON LOW FOR 8 HOURS. TURN YOUR MEAT A COUPLE TIMES SO IT IS BROWNED ON ALL SIDES.
