    flouer
  • 1/2 c
    prepaired teriyaki sauce
  • 3 clove
    garlic diced
  • 1 c
    apricot preserves
  • 4-5 lb
    pork tenderloin
  • 3-4
    green onions diced

How to Make Polly's Crock Pot Apricot Pork

Step-by-Step

  1. MIX CHICKEN BROTH, FLOUR, TERIYAKI SAUCE AND GARLIC IN A MASON JAR AND SHAKE TO MIX.

    POUR MIXTURE INTO YOUR CROCK POT (I SPRAY MINE WITH PAM)
  2. ADD YOUR APRICOT PRESERVES AND MIX WELL
  3. ADD YOUR PORK THAT HAS BEEN CUT INTO APPROX 2 IN CHUNKS AND SPRINKLE WITH ONIONS
  4. COOK ON LOW FOR 8 HOURS. TURN YOUR MEAT A COUPLE TIMES SO IT IS BROWNED ON ALL SIDES.
