How to Make Polly's Crock Pot Apricot Pork

Step-by-Step

  • 1MIX CHICKEN BROTH, FLOUR, TERIYAKI SAUCE AND GARLIC IN A MASON JAR AND SHAKE TO MIX.

    POUR MIXTURE INTO YOUR CROCK POT (I SPRAY MINE WITH PAM)
  • 2ADD YOUR APRICOT PRESERVES AND MIX WELL
  • 3ADD YOUR PORK THAT HAS BEEN CUT INTO APPROX 2 IN CHUNKS AND SPRINKLE WITH ONIONS
  • 4COOK ON LOW FOR 8 HOURS. TURN YOUR MEAT A COUPLE TIMES SO IT IS BROWNED ON ALL SIDES.
