Ingredients
- 1 pound polish sausage
- 1 medium apple, cut into thin slices
- 1/2 medium onion, cut into thin slices
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make polish sausage with apples and onions

Step 1Melt the butter in a large skillet and saute the onions and apples till they start to get soft, separating the onion slices into layers as you stir.

Step 2Add the polish sausage slices and saute for 5 minutes.

Step 3Add the apple juice and soy sauce and simmer covered for 10 minutes, then remove the cover and cook on medium high an additional 5 minutes until most of the liquid is gone.
