polish platter (sausage kraut and kluskies)
Me and my sister-in-law wanted to make a special easy dinner. We had sausage and kraut needed a starch. Normally i would use potatos with, but decided to make my kluskies. Frying all these ingredients with butter, came out delish!!! It is now one of her favorites to make, mine too!

Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds keilbasa
- 1 - bag of sauerkraut
- - prepared kluskies (polish drop noodles)
- 1/2-1 - stick butter
- 1 - med sliced onion
- - s&p
How To Make polish platter (sausage kraut and kluskies)

Step 1Slice keilbasa and fry with chopped onions in butter, add kluskies brown slightly. Then add your drained sauerkraut salt and pepper mix and turn heat to med-low cover and simmer for 15-20 min. Recipe for kluskies in my recipe box.
