Ingredients
- MEATBALLS
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger grated
- 1 package seasoning mix from ramen packages
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- RAMEN
- 2 packages ramen noodles
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1 package ramen noodle seasoning
- 1 small carrot sliced into matchsticks
- 4 scallions white & green parts separated and chopped
- 4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- black sesame seeds for garnish
How To Make poached pork meatball ramen bowl

Step 1Mix the ground pork sesame seeds,soy sauce, garlic, ginger and 1 packet of seasoning sauce from the ramen. Add the egg and panko. Shape into 20 meatballs and set aside.

Step 2Add the chicken stock to a pot. Add the other packet of ramen noodle seasoning. Bring to a boil. Add the pork meatballs 10 at a time. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside. Add the carrot, and white parts of the scallion. Bring to a boil and add the two packages of Ramen noodles. Cook until noodles are done.

Step 3Add the meatballs back to the pot. Add the green part of the scallion. Serve drizzled with Hoisin and black sesame seeds
