These are easy to make and so good. I doubled this recipe then cut each taco in half and served them at a pot luck and they were gone instantly.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 ounces mushrooms chopped
- 2 small shallots minced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 4 ounces sweet italian sausage casings removed
- 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 ounces sliced pepperoni halved
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 1/2 cups pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil thinly sliced
- 8 - corn or flour tortillas
How To Make pizza tacos

Step 1Place oil in a skillet. Add mushrooms, shallots, and garlic cook 2 minutes. Add the sausage breaking it up and cook until almost done. Add the pepperoni and cook until starting to crisp. Stir in the bacon. Add the pizza sauce and oregano. When warmed through remove from heat.

Step 2Mix the mozzarella and ricotta cheese together. Stir in the basil.

Step 3Serve the pizza mixture on a warmed tortilla topped with a dollup of the cheese mixture.
