I created a new pork loin recipe. It's based on Grill Mates pineapple teriyaki seasoning. It's good for baking.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen boneless pork loin, thawed
- 2 tablespoons pineapple teriyaki seasoning
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
How To Make pineapple teriyaki pork loin

Step 1Season the thawed pork loin with pineapple teriyaki seasoning.

Step 2Place it in a gallon Ziploc bag. Add barbecue sauce, pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, dry onion soup mix, and red pepper flakes.

Step 3Seal the bag and remove as much air much possible. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 4Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray.

Step 5Remove the pork loin from the bag and place it in a foil-lined baking pan.

Step 6Pour the marinade over the pork loin and spread evenly. Bake for 15 minutes.

Step 7Turn the pork loin over and bake for another 15 minutes.

Step 8Turn the pork loin over once more and bake another 15 minutes for a total cooking time of 45 minutes.

Step 9Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes.

Step 10Place a large serving plate and top with crushed pineapple and spread evenly before serving.
