pineapple marinated grilled pork chops

This is one of my favorite ways to do pork chops in the summer! Simple meal that takes no time at all to cook!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh gingerroot
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 8 - (1/2-inch) boneless pork loin chops
  • - vegetable cooking spray

How To Make pineapple marinated grilled pork chops

  • Step 1
    Place pork in a gallon size zip lock bag or shallow dish with a lid that seals air tight.
  • Step 2
    Mix together remaining ingredients except cooking spray and pour over pork. Seal bag/container. Turn to fully coat chops in marinade.
  • Step 3
    Marinate 24 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
  • Step 4
    Coat grill rack with cooking spray, remove tenderloins from marinade; discard remaining marinade. Grill over medium coals about 7 minutes per side until done.
