pineapple marinated grilled pork chops
This is one of my favorite ways to do pork chops in the summer! Simple meal that takes no time at all to cook!

Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh gingerroot
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 8 - (1/2-inch) boneless pork loin chops
- - vegetable cooking spray
How To Make pineapple marinated grilled pork chops

Step 1Place pork in a gallon size zip lock bag or shallow dish with a lid that seals air tight.

Step 2Mix together remaining ingredients except cooking spray and pour over pork. Seal bag/container. Turn to fully coat chops in marinade.

Step 3Marinate 24 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally.

Step 4Coat grill rack with cooking spray, remove tenderloins from marinade; discard remaining marinade. Grill over medium coals about 7 minutes per side until done.
