This is one of my favorite ways to do pork chops in the summer! Simple meal that takes no time at all to cook!

1 can(s)
(15 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
2 clove
garlic, minced
2 Tbsp
minced fresh gingerroot
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
1/2 tsp
dry mustard
(1/2-inch) boneless pork loin chops
vegetable cooking spray

How to Make Pineapple Marinated Grilled Pork Chops


  • 1Place pork in a gallon size zip lock bag or shallow dish with a lid that seals air tight.
  • 2Mix together remaining ingredients except cooking spray and pour over pork. Seal bag/container. Turn to fully coat chops in marinade.
  • 3Marinate 24 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
  • 4Coat grill rack with cooking spray, remove tenderloins from marinade; discard remaining marinade. Grill over medium coals about 7 minutes per side until done.
