  • 4 c
    'pulled pork
  • 1 can(s)
    diced tomatoes with chilies
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato paste
  • 2 c
    frozen peas
  • 1 small
    green pepper chopped
  • 4 Tbsp
  • 2 pkg
  • 1 tsp
    adodbo powder
  • 4 c
    cooked white rice
  • 4 Tbsp
  • 1 1/2 c

How to Make peppers, peas & pork


  1. heat pan , add oil and heat the oil, add green pepper and cook until green pepper is tender.
  2. add sofrito, cook a few minutes, add tomato paste, stir till smooth, add tomatoes, sazon and adobo powder cook stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
  3. add water, pork and peas, stir , cover and simmer for about 20 minutes , serve over white rice.
