peppers, peas & pork
Wanted to use up some pulled pork and threw this together, they ate it and I didn't have to put anything away.

Ingredients
- 4 cups 'pulled pork
- 1 can diced tomatoes with chilies
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 1 small green pepper chopped
- 4 tablespoons sofrito
- 2 packages sazon
- 1 teaspoon adodbo powder
- 4 cups cooked white rice
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 1 1/2 cups water
How To Make peppers, peas & pork

Step 1heat pan , add oil and heat the oil, add green pepper and cook until green pepper is tender.

Step 2add sofrito, cook a few minutes, add tomato paste, stir till smooth, add tomatoes, sazon and adobo powder cook stirring constantly for 5 minutes.

Step 3add water, pork and peas, stir , cover and simmer for about 20 minutes , serve over white rice.
