peppered pork chops
I love simple anymore. This is simple, quick, moist, and delicious. Although I've never tried it......I'm guessing that these could be pan-fried or grilled too. These chops can also be seasoned and frozen before cooking for a simple grab-and-go week night dinner.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or italian)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 large pork chops
How To Make peppered pork chops

Step 1Melt butter with garlic.

Step 2Mix other ingredients (except pork chops) together in shallow dish.

Step 3Dip chops in the butter-garlic mix and coat with bread crumb mixture.

Step 4If freezing: Flash freeze until hard then store in air tight container/zip lock bag. Thaw before cooking.

Step 5Preparation: Bake in 375F oven for 20-30 minutes until done.
