Peas & Pork

Ingredients

1 lbchopped pork

1 pkgfrozen peas

1 can(s)tomatoes, diced
-
1 can(s)tomatoe sauce
-
2 smallbay leaf
-
1 smallonion, diced

dash(es)salt and pepper
How to Make Peas & Pork
- frist per heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Peel & dice the onion. Then add in a TBSP of E.V.O, then add in the diced onions to cook. Cook just to almost soften.
- Next add in the chop pork with the bay laef, salt & pepper. Cook until pork is no longer pink. Then add in the dice tomatoes, peas & sauce. Bring to a boil. Make sure to mix so not to brun.
- Then take off heat & remove the bay leaf. And serve over fresh cooked rice.
- Note: It was good but I did wish I had a plate of fresh cooked Hento rice "Spanish Rice" to go along with this.
