patty's three bean hot dish (crockpot)

I got this really good baked bean recipe from my friend Patty. You cook it in the crockpot. You can change the different beans you use. Like I have used black beans and or red beans instead of butter beans. Or one can of each.

Ingredients
- 2 cans pork n' beans
- 2 cans kidney beans, drained
- 2 cans butter beans, drained
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 small onion, cut into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 pound bacon
- 1 pound groung beef, hamburder(optional)
How To Make patty's three bean hot dish (crockpot)

Step 1Fry bacon in pan, when almost crispy add cut up onion. Fry until done. Drain bacon on papertowels, to get grease off.

Step 2Brown hamburger in pan, until done, drain. (hamburger is optional)

Step 3Drain kidney & butter beans.

Step 4Put kidney beans, butter beans, pork n' beans in crockpot. Add sugar, brown sugar, ketchup, dry mustard. Break bacon into small pieces & add with cooked onion to beans. Stir. Add hamburger. (if made)

Step 5Cook on high heat for 4 hours. Stir occasionally. Turn to low heat for 2 hours or to your liking.
