This is my younger brother's favorite recipe. He would beg my mom to make them at least once a week when we were growing up! Yummy and easy!

Ingredients

  • 4-6
    pork chops, with or without the bone
  • 1
    sweet onion, sliced
  • 1 bottle
    chili sauce
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder with parsley
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice

How to Make Patrick's Favorite Pork Chops

Step-by-Step

  1. Spray the inside of your crock pot with cooking spray.
  2. Mix together chili sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder and lemon juice.
  3. Put 1/3 cup of mixed sauce in the bottom of the crock pot and spread it around.
  4. Layer pork chops over the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Put an onion slice on each pork chop.
  6. Pour rest of the sauce over the onions.
  7. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
