- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese (more if needed)
- 2 - eggs
- 1 clove garlic, crushed or minced
- - coarse ground salt and pepper
- 3/4 cup italian bread crumbs
- 2 - pork chops
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make parmesan pork chops

Step 1Arrange three pie plates or shallow bowls. In the first plate, place cheese. In the second, whisk eggs together with garlic, salt and pepper. In the third plate, place bread crumbs.

Step 2Coat the chops completely with the cheese, patting to adhere. Then dip into egg/garlic mixture. Then coat completely with bread crumbs, patting to adhere.

Step 3Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops, cook until golden brown and center reaches 160 degrees, about 10 minutes per side.
