This is a recipe I tried from a cooking website. It was submitted by a member named Misslionheart. I tried this recipe and loved it! I'm posting it the way I made it and including my photo. If you love thick, crunchy, tasty, pork chops as much as I do, then you'll love this recipe!

Ingredients

  • 4 - 1/2 thick, center-cut pork chops-boneless
  • 1 cup dried italian-style bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large cloves garlic-crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon each of salt & pepper
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin

How To Make parmesan crusted pork chops

  • Step 1
    Whisk the eggs in a pie plate to blend. Add garlic, salt & pepper.
  • Step 2
    Place the bread crumbs in another pie plate.
  • Step 3
    Place the cheese in a third pie plate.
  • Step 4
    Coat the chops completely with the cheese, patting to adhere.
  • Step 5
    Dip the chops into the eggs/garlic mixture, then coat completely with the bread crumbs, patting to adhere.
  • Step 6
    Heat oil in a very large skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops, in batches if necessary, and cook until golden brown and the center reaches 150 degrees, about 6 minutes per side.
  • Step 7
    I served this with your favorite side dishes!
