parmesan baked pork chops

I put clean dry spinach leafs S&P in a disposable pan with the chops arrange on top. Covered them with foil to take to a Buffet party. Everyone loved them! I was the only one that didn't have to deal with caring left overs home.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning (mccormick)
  • 6 ounces pork center loin, boneless (4 each)
  • - salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded

How To Make parmesan baked pork chops

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Step 2
    In small bowl whisk mustard, EVOO & Seasoning. Season pork S&P, Then brush mustard mix on both sides. Press cheese into both sides of the chops.
  • Step 3
    Place Chops on baking sheet & Bake about 10 minutes or until done.
  • Step 4
    Tip: Chops are easy to over cook. To keep them moist brush them thoroughly with mustard. Let them rest for 5 min. before serving. Enjoy!
