Parmesan Baked Pork Chops

Christine Quetola

I put clean dry spinach leafs S&P in a disposable pan with the chops arrange on top. Covered them with foil to take to a Buffet party. Everyone loved them! I was the only one that didn't have to deal with caring left overs home.
