Ingredients
- 3 1/2 pounds boston butt pork roast
- 1 - onion, quarted
- 2/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons rosemary, dried
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
How To Make parmesan and honey pulled pork sandwiches

Step 1lightly spray crock pot with cooking spray. set the pork into the crock pot and arrange the onion quarters all around it.

Step 2mix the remaining ingredients except the cornstarch together in a bowl and then pour over the pork.

Step 3cook on low for 7-8 hours, 15 minutes before serving, pull out the meat and retain the liquid.

Step 4skim off any fat and then take 2 ladles full of the cooking liquid and place it into a saucepan.

Step 5whisk in the cornstarch over medium heat and bring to a boil.

Step 6stir sauce until slightly thickened. shred meat and serve with sauce over a bun.
