How To Make panko, ranch encrusted chops
-
Step 11.Pre heat oven to 400. If at all possible, use a bakers rack over a sheet pan, line the sheet pan with foil, to save on clean up.Bakers rack will let the chops brown evenly on all sides.
-
Step 22.mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl to be able to lay chops in to coat. I have used a pie pan for this.
-
Step 33.Pour ranch dressing on a plate, I used a cake pan.Take one chop at a time, and place in the ranch dressing, coating evenly, then place chop in the bread crumbs, press down firmly, do the same on the other side, and lay on rack. Bake for 40-45 min, depending on how dark and crunchy you prefer..
