- 3 pounds bone-in country style pork ribs
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup grape jelly
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2In a large bowl combine ketchup, water, salt, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, jelly, cayenne, pepper, and salt.

Step 3Heat a large lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 4Add ribs and sear until browned. This may have to be done in several batches.

Step 5Place ribs in a single layer in a large casserole dish.

Step 6Baste the ribs down real good and cook for 35 minutes.
