You can add other veges such as onions and carrots as well. This way will create crackling on the pork chops.

Ingredients For pan roasted pork chops and apple sauce

  • pork chops
  • salt and pepper
  • half boiled potatoes, kumera and pumpkin
  • cooking oil
  • 3 apples, peeled, chopped in thin slices
  • 2 Tbsp
    raw sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    water
  • peas and or beans

How To Make pan roasted pork chops and apple sauce

    Heat up the oven to 180 degree C. Add oil to the large roasting pan. Lay in the pork chops, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Lay in the partially boiled vegetables, salt and pepper as well.

    Roast in middle of oven. Checking every 15-20 minutes so they crisp. Turn them over and resalt.

    In microwave safe dish or in pot on stove, add cut up apple, the sugar and a tablespoon of water. Cook until soft and able to be mashed into a pulp.

    Boil the peas and or beans in a pot, about 10-15 minutes once pot is boiling. Serve everything on plate...enjoy
