Found this one on Ree Dummond's web site. She called it a man pleaser, so I knew my husband would love it. It's awesome and easy.

Ingredients For pan-fried pork chops

  • 7
    thin, bone-in pork chops
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 c
    canola oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • salt to taste

How To Make pan-fried pork chops

  • 1
    Rinse pork chops. Pat dry. Salt and pepper both sides. Combine dry ingredients in a Ziploc bag. Place two chops in bag at a time and shake to coat. Set aside, and repeat until all are coated. Heat canola oil over medium heat. Add butter. When butter melts, cook 3 chops at a time three minutes on the first side and two minutes on the second side. Remove to plate.
