A simple and delicious way to prepare pork chops. Makes a great meal with some mashed potatoes and vegetable.

Ingredients

6-8
thin cut pork chops, bone in
1 c
flour
1 tsp
black pepper
1 tsp
seasoned salt
1/2 tsp
paprika
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 c
oil
1 Tbsp
butter

How to Make Pan fried pork chops

Step-by-Step

  • 1Rinse chops and pat dry with a paper towel.
  • 2Combine all your dry ingredients and mix together. Set aside.
  • 3In a fry pan, heat oil on a medium-high heat. Then add in your butter.
  • 4Once butter is melted, dredge your chops in the flour mixture (tapping off any excess). Place into your hot pan, and cook 2 to 3 minutes per side depending on the thickness of the pork. Once juices are no longer pink & are clear, they are ready. You should be able to cook 3 chops at a time in your pan.
  • 5Serve and enjoy!
