How To Make pan fried pork chops

Step 3In a fry pan, heat oil on a medium-high heat. Then add in your butter.
-
Step 4Once butter is melted, dredge your chops in the flour mixture (tapping off any excess). Place into your hot pan, and cook 2 to 3 minutes per side depending on the thickness of the pork.
