Ingredients

  • 6-8 - thin cut pork chops, bone in
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter

How To Make pan fried pork chops

  • Step 1
Rinse chops and pat dry with a paper towel.
  • Step 2
Combine all your dry ingredients and mix together. Set aside.
  • Step 3
In a fry pan, heat oil on a medium-high heat. Then add in your butter.
  • Step 4
Once butter is melted, dredge your chops in the flour mixture (tapping off any excess). Place into your hot pan, and cook 2 to 3 minutes per side depending on the thickness of the pork. Once juices are no longer pink & are clear, they are ready. You should be able to cook 3 chops at a time in your pan.
  • Step 5
    Serve and enjoy!
